RETURN POLICY 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them in their original condition. If you would like to return or exchange your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or another piece or another design. Custom orders, pieces not in original condition, special orders or pieces that have been modified per customer request are final sale. Any jewelry that has excessive wear or has been damaged cannot be refunded or exchanged. All returns must be received within 60 days of the order date to receive full refund or exchange.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We gladly accept checks, money orders, and all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express) and Paypal.

SHIPPING LIMITS

All standard products ship within 1-3 business days. Custom orders and products that are made to order or out of order, may take up to 4-6 weeks to ship. Shipments valued over $1,000.00 only ship via FedEX and require a signature release. Packages shipping to a P.O. Box will ship via USPS.

This website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Duck River Pearls therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We guarantee complete satisfaction on all our products. If you are not satisfied or any reason, please return the item (s) within 60 days for a complete refund providing the return is undamaged, no excessive wear, and in original condition. Refunds are processed within five days and are posted back via the original method of transaction.
